Counselling is a talking therapy which provides a safe and confidential space where you can explore issues, receive impartial reflections and build a rapport and relationship with your Therapist.

What Conditions Can it Help?

Any dilemmas and emotional or psychological problems can be addressed through Counselling. It is intended as a form of self empowerment, a facility which enables you to take charge of your life, make the right decisions and discover what you really want for personal fulfilment and happiness. As Carl Rogers states(1961) 'the process of the good life is not for the faint hearted. It involves the stretching and growing of becoming more and more of one's potentialities. It involves the courage to be. It means launching yourself into the stream of life'.
